Breaking: Federal Court Rejects Ridiculous Lawsuit Seeking to Throw Out Over 100,000 Votes Cast Validly by Texas Voters<https://electionlawblog.org/?p=118067>

The judge ruled that plaintiffs lacked standing, which was one of the many reasons <https://electionlawblog.org/?p=117889> this lawsuit was easy to resolve and garbage. My earlier analysis of why this case is so weak is here<https://electionlawblog.org/?p=117889>.

The judge is giving an oral ruling and is noting other issues, including that voters did not vote illegally and the case came too late. Follow Raffi Melkonian’s twitter feed<https://twitter.com/RMFifthCircuit/status/1323360704267694080?s=20> for details.

We will see if there is an appeal to the 5th Circuit.
