[EL] Question about lawsuits being filed today

I hope that everyone’s hanging in there today.  Does anyone know of a source that is keeping track of lawsuits that are being filed today and providing that information almost contemporaneously?  I would appreciate a pointer if such a source exists.  Thank you.  Guy
