As I<https://www.pbs.org/newshour/show/an-election-law-expert-on-what-he-sees-in-trumps-lawsuits> and others <https://www.nytimes.com/2020/11/05/opinion/trump-lawsuits-courts-election.html?action=click&module=Opinion&pgtype=Homepage> have explained, Trump’s litigation strategy is going nowhere. It is not going to make a difference to the election outcome.

It is time<https://electionlawblog.org/?p=118292> for more responsible Republican leaders to step up; that’s what a peaceful transition of power looks like.
