[EL] ACA and SCOTUS

It is Texas (other states) and individual Texans, Neill Hurley and John Nantz. The defendant is the United States (and defendants who are officials in official capacity). The defendants also have intervenor states led by California. Here’s a short explainer on the lawsuit. Hope this is helpful. Happy to weigh in further on this case.
