The most active and ongoing compilation of the popular vote for president
and the US House that I track is at Cook Political Report, done by Dave

New York City is the biggest source of uncounted votes , so Democratic
national popular vote margins in both the congressional and presidential
races will increase, perhaps by more than a half million. As of right now,
Biden's margin over Trump is 4% (over 6.2 million), and the House
Democratic margin is 2.5%.
