[EL] Need suggestions for voting materials for elementary school kids

The Girl Scouts of America are doing a badge for the 100th Anniversary of
the 19th Amendment this year and have put together some nice packets and
activities for teaching about voting history and voting rights.

There is a really good packet on teaching voting from PBS, though it is
aimed at 6-12th grade, it might able to be adapted.
