Hi all:
Jurij Toplak and I are editing the Handbook of Election Law for Ashgate.
This is a comparative reference book on election law across the world. We
recently had an author dropout and we need someone who can write a chapter
on gerrymandering. It would need to be from a comparative or international
perspective. Can any of you do this or do you know someone who might be
interested? We need the chapter no later than the end of the year, if not
more quickly. If interested or know someone who is, write to me and I can
give you more details.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

David
