Shouldn’t the Ohio Democratic Party be subject to sanctions under the Ohio version of Rule 11 for seeking contempt sanctions against the Ohio Republican Party for this out-of-court criticism of the judge (and of the ODP)? Doesn’t Bridges v. California (1941) prevent these criticisms from being the subject of contempt sanctions?

Things have gotten even uglier in the drop box case. Read the motion<https://electionlawblog.org/wp-content/uploads/orp-contempt.pdf>.
