[EL] [ElectionSciences] “In North Carolina, Black Voters’ Mail-In Ballots Much More Likely to Be Rejected Than Those From Any Other Race”

I'm publishing daily updates of NC mail ballot rejection rates by
race/ethnicity here, with county maps, too. I just completed coding the
backend for Georgia, so I should have similar Georgia rejection rate data
up this evening. Of course, there are lots of data and county maps for
other states, too.
