This is a reminder that at 5.00-6.15pm EST today, Penn State Harrisburg's School of Public Affairs is hosting a panel discussion among election experts to address remaining election-law issues that could create major problems for the fall election in PA. As the title of this message suggests, I consider PA the major state that has the most significant remaining election-law issues.
These issues are being debated between the Governor and legislature, who are currently divided over these issues. The panel consists of Professor Ned Foley (Ohio State), Professor Michael Morley (Florida State), and me. We will provide perspective on how other states address these issues and offer our views on them. The discussion will be moderated by Dan Mallinson, assistant professor of public policy and administration at Penn State Harrisburg,
