[EL] EAVS report and data release date?

Thanks, Derek. Sounds like that is the release date, at least for the
report or a summary of it. I'm hoping the full report and data will be out
on that date, too.

I also hope the NVRA-portion of the report doesn't continue its history of
not commenting on the many, significant NVRA Section 5 and Section 7
implementation and compliance problems across the county that nearly two
dozen lawsuits have exposed over the past 12+ years. (See also the PCEA
2014 report [1], the Civil Rights Commission Report [2], etc.).

Discussing these administrative problems (failings) seems an obvious matter
to mention given the wording of the law regarding the report's content:
"[The EAC] ... shall submit to the Congress a report assessing the impact
of this chapter on the administration of elections for Federal office
during the preceding 2-year period and including recommendations for
improvements in Federal and State procedures, forms, and other matters
affected by this chapter " (52 U.S. Code § 20508).
