[EL] Recent study of new voting legislation?

With regard to this item in Rick’s blog,
“Voting Laws Roundup: December 2021; This year’s tidal wave of restrictive
voting legislation will continue in 2022” (sorry for the large font),

Is there a good study of the extent to which the statutes reinstate
pre-pandemic voting practices, as opposed to restricting the opportunity to
cast an effective vote?
