[EL] VRA attorney urgently needed for MI Redistricting Commission

Passing along information from our Michigan affiliate. *There is an open
RFP for "expert legal and advisory services specific to the analysis and
application of the Voting Rights Act (“VRA”) and other state and federal
laws applicable to redistricting."*

They have re-posted the RFP as there have been no proposals submitted thus
far. The new deadline is March 10. *Please share this with any attorney,
firm, or organization that might be a good fit.* Obviously, it is
critically important to get a good person/entity in this role advising the
newly-formed commission.
