[EL] chart showing legislator terms in 50 most populous countries

Rick Pildes and Ned Foley have both recently written about US House terms being only 2 years.  I published a chart in the May 1, 2015 print Ballot Access News showing the terms of lower house legislators in each of the 50 most populous countries.  No country other than the US on that list has such short terms.  The second-shortest terms are 3 years, in Mexico and Philippines.  The longest terms are 6 years, in Yemen and Sudan.
