[EL] estimate of total spending on federal, state, and local election activity in 2020 election season?

I know that Open Secrets has a good study out there on total federal election spending in the 2020 elections: https://www.opensecrets.org/news/2021/02/2020-cycle-cost-14p4-billion-doubling-16/

Has anyone done a reliable study that also includes numbers for state and local elections in 2020?  I’d appreciate any leads.
