[EL] question about litigation over local campaign finance ordinances

Has there been any litigation over the St. Petersburg, Fla ordinance that limits contributions to super PACs and limits spending by business entities with partial foreign ownership?  Same question about the Seattle measure limiting campaign spending by business entities with partial foreign ownership.
