[EL] Short Duration Internet Video Ad Disclaimer Requirements

Good morning.  I'm new to the list serve, but a long-time campaign finance lawyer in New York.  I am seeking information on the above topic, specifically whether anyone knows of a recent compilation of state and local laws or regulations imposing disclaimer requirements for short duration internet video campaign ads (i.e, ads of less than 30 seconds)?  I'm only looking for information concerning government-imposed disclaimers, not any that may be required by internet-service providers.
