[EL] Question about AFP v. Bonta and "exacting scrutiny"

The virtual 25th annual Western Conference on Tax-Exempt Organizations will include a panel on Americans for Prosperity Foundation v. Bonta on December 3 from 9:30-10:30 am.  While the focus will be on consequences for disclosure from nonprofit organizations, Lloyd Mayer will be discussing campaign finance cases that have been filed in response to the case.
