The most up-to-date public source I know of is at Verified Voting <https://verifiedvoting.org/verifier/#mode/navigate/map/ppEquip/mapType/normal/year/2022>. Drilling down to a state/district/territory or more local jurisdiction, you’ll find the title and identity of the election official. If you can’t find what you’re looking for on the website, (e.g., list of just the folks new since 2018) you can request a particular analysis by emailing verifier at verifiedvoting.org.
