does anyone have the 4th circuit amicus of the Constitutional Accountability Ctr in Cawthorn v Circosta, 22-1251?  I have read it and printed it, but I can't get it to download from pacer.  I will also be asking the attorneys who filed it for a copy.  I want to link to it at Ballot Access News.  Thanks to anyone who can help.
