[EL] New York's congressional maps struck down

As a New Yorker, I'll point out that the court struck down the
Congressional, State Senate and Assembly maps, and gave the leg until April
11 to agree on new ones.
As I write this, candidates for all these races are finishing up the
petitioning process.
