Besides my own article (Bush v. Gore and the Future of Equal
Protection in Elections) forthcoming in the FSU Law Review Symposium
on the Law of Presidential Elections, Richard Briffault also has
written an article on the topic in the same symposium. Steve
Bickerstaff (Texas), Heather Gerken (Harvard), and Spencer Overton (UC
Davis) provided commentary on our articles, though I don't know if
they have written anything yet.

I'm happy to send a draft of my paper to anyone who sends me a private
message.

The FSU symposium featured a number of interesting articles on other
Bush v. Gore topics, such as the Article II issues. But Nate
specifically asked about equal protection.
