Subject: 2nd Edition:  availability

In response to a number of private emails that raise the same question, I 
thought I should briefly inform listmembers that we should be able to send 
a camera-ready manuscript of the Second Edition in July to any of you who 
request it from either Pam, Sam, or me.  This will be the text just as it 
will appear in the bound version for Fall classes.
