I have a question.

Assume a political party sells an item such as a t-shirt or bumber =
sticker. Is the party required to disclose that the proceeds will go =
towards a political purpose? If yes, what is the law or rule controlling =
this?

Conversely, what if the sale of the product is treated as a UBI (Unrelated =
business income), are there any disclosure requirements?
