Subject: How to teach the BCRA and the McConnell v FEC suit?

I have been thinking ahead to next spring when I next teach my election
law course at Washington College of Law. Unlike this year when I put
campaign finance near the end of the semester, I am thinking about
teaching it as the very first thing and then leave some time when we can
analyze the decision of the 3-judge court and possibly the briefs in the
Supreme Court -- if things move that fast.

Has anyone else started thinking about substantive changes in what they
teach to take the new Act and the McConnell suit into account?
