I just got back some reprints on my George Mason article explaining why, contrary to the conventional wisdom prevailing around the time of the 2000 "butterfly ballot" litigation in Palm Beach County, Florida, courts have authority to order revotes in presidential and other federal elections. Several people on this list had previously requested copies. If there is anyone else out there interested in getting one, please let me know. SJM
