According to today's NY Times, Chief Justice Rehnquist
announced that the Supreme Court will issue its last
opinions of the term on Thursday. Still pending is
Republican Party of Minnesota v. White (it used to be v.
Kelly), a case challenging restrictions on judicial election
speech.
