List members,

Loyola Law School, which hosts the Election Law Listserv,
suffered a power blackout yesterday that crashed the server
housing the listserv. Any messages sent in the last 36 hours
to be posted to the list should be resent.  (The last list
message apparently to go through was from Graeme Orr.)
Anyone sending messages to me personally in that period also
should resend.

It appears that the problems have now been fixed and the
listserv should function normally.  Sorry for any
inconvenience.
