We've moved, and we're back in business.

I've recently posted an update of pending redistricting legal action on my
new webpage http://elections.gmu.edu.  There are other goodies here for
election junkies:

I've posted 2002 Voting-Age Population Projections.  The Census Bureau does
not plan on releasing 2002 VAP projections prior to the election.  They have
provided me with the methodology to construct my own, and to my knowledge,
this is the only place it is available.  I will add my own 2002
voting-eligible adjustments soon, as well as adjustments to the 1990-2000
projections based on the 2000 census.  The methodology and links to data may
be found here for those who want to do it themselves.

I've also posted a list of competitive House of Representatives races with a
little commentary.  I've got some useful elections links here too, like
links to every Secretary of State's web page, and links to other election
forecasts.  I'll continue to update this as the election progresses.

As with the redistricting scorecard that many of you helped make a success,
I welcome feedback.  I'm still working on the web site, so please pardon the
dust.
