The commission presently charged with redistricting the Canadian province of New Brunswick has proposed the creation of a non-contiguous district that consolidates all of the aboriginal reserves in the province into one district.  The Commission's proposal can be found at

The proposal goes to public hearings this fall and for Parliamentary comment thereafter.
