Even though the US Supreme Court refused to stay the order of the New Jersey
Supreme Court in New Jersey Democratic Party v Samson, apparently the case
isn't over.  Republican N.J. US Senate candidate Doug Forrester filed a
petition for cert with the US Supreme Court, not just an appeal for a stay.
It's called Forrester v N.J. Democratic Party.  Already the California
Secretary of State has filed an amicus curiae on Forrester's side.
