On 11 October the 2nd Circuit decided <a href="http://laws.lp.findlaw.com/2nd/009482.html"> <i>Wit v Berman</i></a>, holding that the plaintiffs (who lived in New York City and the Hamptons at different times of the year) should not be allowed to vote in both localities' elections. Noted election law scholar was counsel for the plaintiffs. Ed Still www.votelaw.com
