Also, the chart is wrong about Alabama's limitation on corporate
contributions. First, it only applies to corporations organized under
the Business Corporation chapter. Second, the "per election"
restriction allows corporations to give $500 to a PAC or party for
each election being held during the year. That's about 12 this year
in Alabama. These changes are based on AG opinions.
