Dear Colleagues

Does anyone have any data on which states have "sore loser" laws -- i.e. laws and regulations that prevent a candidate who may have lost a primary nomination from then running as an independent or minor party candidate in the general election?  I know that Texas and California have such laws, but would like to see if I can find a comprehensive listing of which states have such laws.

Becky
