Ark. Gov. Challenges Judge's Ruling

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) -- A judge has ruled that out-of-town
college students cannot vote in his county on Election Day,
and Gov. Mike Huckabee has offered his daughter as a
plaintiff to challenge the ruling.
