Watchdogs: Parties Skirting New Law

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Campaign finance watchdog groups Thursday
accused Democratic and Republican party committees of
setting up organizations to evade a new ban on large
corporate and union contributions. They asked the 
Federal Election Commission to investigate.
