Further to my earlier query to Rick...
I have since discovered the case was settled, not decided by a court. Would
still be interested in the case name and any relevant particulars.
I am also looking for any U.S. (or international) case(s) which have
challenged traditional styles of voting as violating an equality or
discrimination act (whether successful or unsuccessful). To date, I am only
aware of the DC action as well as one in Pennsylvania.
