May I piggyback on Jim's request, seeking anything about nonpartisan elections that you believe pertinent to nonpartisan elections of judges?  We have such elections in 20 States but so far as I can find, nothing's written about them except for a very few cases.  Thanx,  roy

Can anyone point me to a good study of nonpartisanship as it is practiced in Nebraska legislative elections?  Thanks. Jim ____________________________
