I am seeking the best recent research on two topics relevant to the current HAVA implementation process:

1) Research into prevalence (or more likely, the lack of) voter fraud in US elections; and

2) Research into possession of various forms of ID by different groups in the US.  Or, any research into impacts of ID requirements on registration/voting rates in US.
