I am Articles Editor for next year's volume of the Harvard Journal on
Legislation.  We are currently in the process of choosing articles for
our fall/winter issue.  The JOL publish articles about individual pieces
of legislation, the legislative process, and proposals for legislative
reform.  We're an academic law journal, but also open to publishing
practitioners and public officials from a variety of fields.  It would
be great to get an article or two from some of the members of this
mailing list.

If you have a finished article that you could send us to consider for
our fall/winter issue, please send it by email at your earliest
convenience to hlsjol@law.harvard.edu, as we are trying to finalize the
composition of the issue before the end of the academic year.  We would
also love to consider your forthcoming articles for future issues!  If
you prefer to send your submission by regular mail, please send it to
