Congratulations to Nate Persily of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
His vision, initiative, and energy resulted in an outstanding and timely
symposium on the lower courtās opinion in McConnell. I learned quite a bit,
and it was neat to see some of our virtual debates from the listserve come
alive in real time.
