The Federal Supplement paperback (advance sheet) dated
June 2, 2003 (#22 on the spine) has the entire US
District Court decision, McConnell v FEC.  The West
Publishing Co. sells it for only $6.  The cite is 251
F Supp 2d 176 and it runs to page 950.  It certainly
is neater to have a thin paperbook, than a stack of
