I think I have read all of the oral argument regarding electioneering communications. I find not one word about the Wellstone Amendment. Was there no one arguing that it is only Wellstone that is unconstitutional -- and that the Court should leave the original Snowe/Jeffords provision intact? And if that is so, can anyone explain why?
