In the midst of the California recall election, the Campaign Finance
Institute's Task Force on Presidential Nomination Financing publicly
released its report --the culmination of a year long dialogue and
considerable new scholarly research. Interested members of the listservt can
access the full report, executive summary, streaming video of the public
