Every time I have taught Election Law in the past, it has been a seminar with a paper requirement.  Next semester for the first time I will teach Election Law as a regular course with a final examination.  I would be interested in hearing from other list members (either in a private message or on the list) their thoughts on constructing final examinations in the course.  What sort of questions do you ask?  What sort of questions are appropriate?

Also, if you have any public old exams or model answers to share that I might pass on to my students as examples of the kinds of questions I might ask, I would appreciate receiving them.

Thanks
