Could someone on the list direct me to any cases and materials regarding whether the financial supporters of a nonprofit organization that contributes funds in its own name in support or opposition to an initiative campaign must be reported on campaign finance disclosure reports? I recall a mention of a case involving Ward Connerly's group in California and I'd appreciate a citatation to any source materials on that case or any other materials. Thanks! James V.
