The NYT and Fox News are reporting on their on-line sites that the Supreme Court has issued the BCRA decision, upholding "key parts" of the legislation.  Fox reports that five of the nine justices voted to "substantially uphold" the soft money ban and the ad restrictions, and that O'Conner and Stevens wrote key parts of the opinion.
