No news that Rick Hasen will have a book-length draft on this by the weekend-- which I mean only as unrestrained Wonder, and Blessings on him for all he does for us.  Unlimited loads of Thanx, Rick!
A point aimed at action: Now that we know it's constitutional, we get to the big questions: How will it Work?
Let's not sink entirely in doctrinal analysis. ASAP, we should be getting info on just which non-party groups come under just what disclosure requirements --and any other info we can get on them.
    Agree?  And, any volunteers?

I have now posted an initial analysis of this issue on my blog---particularly on Justice O'Connor's key switched vote.

I plan to post additional analyses throughout the day, and I won't keep sending out notices to the list on this.
Thanks.
