This is a message for election law list members who will be teaching election law in the spring using Daniel Hays Lowenstein and Richard L. Hasen, Election Law--Cases and Materials (Carolina Academic Press 2d ed. 2001).  Dan and I plan to issue an updated version of the supplement that will include material on McConnell v. FEC.  We do not anticipate that this new supplement will make any other significant changes to the 2003 supplement (available at: http://www.lls.edu/academics/faculty/pubs/electionlaw-2003update.pdf).

As with the earlier supplements to the second edition, this supplement will be posted on the web and made available free of charge to instructors who assign the Lowenstein & Hasen casebook in their courses.  We hope to have the supplement available by mid-January.
