Bob Bauer of Perkins Coie's political group has written a second edition of his book on statutory questions surrounding the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act, including a short chapter on the Supreme Court's McConnell decision. The book, More Soft Money Hard Law: The 2d Edition of the Guide to the New Campaign Finance Law, is available through Amazon.com here. The table of contents is here.
