More on BCRA from Bauer, Perkins Coie

Bob Bauer of Perkins Coie's political group has written a second edition of his book on statutory questions surrounding the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act, including a short chapter on the Supreme Court's McConnell decision. The book, More Soft Money Hard Law: The 2d Edition of the Guide to the New Campaign Finance Law, is available through Amazon.com here. The table of contents is here.

Bauer has also set up this companion website which promises updates on BCRA-related developments at the Federal Election Commission and elsewhere. When I revise my right links on the blog (I hope next week), I'll be adding a link to this site.
